War Memorial | Ried

In honour of the fallen soldiers

This war memorial was erected to honour the soldiers from Ried who fell in both World Wars The impressive portrayal of “George the Dragon Slayer” in a wall painting is also worth seeing. The fire-breathing dragon symbolises the terror and horror of war.
