The Stalanzer Alm is beautifully nestled in a small plateau with breathtaking views of the Anton-Renk-waterfall and the Anton-Renk-Hut above Ried in the Upper Inn Valley.

Interesting facts about Stalanz & the Stalanzer Alm:
- In the winter and spring months there is an alpine dairy in Ried, which sells fresh dairy products directly
- In summer, the entire production is transferred to the Stalanzer Alm. There, precious delicacies are then made from milk-fresh mountain herbs.
- The Anton-Renk-waterfall is the highest free-falling waterfall in Tyrol. In summer there is a climbing wall with various routes for experienced climbers.
- Absolutely worthwhile is to be there once at an Almfest with Holy Mass. Here people give thanks for a healthy and successful summer season and celebrate with fun music and good food surrounded by locals. In Stalanz this takes place every year around August the 15th.
Highlights
Anton-Renk-Waterfall (Falling Brook)
Grandiose next to the Anton-Renk-hut is the "Fallende Bach".
At a height of about 180m the water roars steeply down and flows into the Stalanzer river. In winter, the icefall is ideal for experienced climbers for ice climbing.
Anton-Renk-Waterfall Panorama Trail
Directly between the approach to the Anton Renk via ferrata and the hiking trail to the Stalanzer Alm, there is a narrow path directly from the waterfall. Here you can experience the power of the water up close.
Anton Renk via ferrata
An absolute climbing highlight is located right next to the waterfall. The Anton Renk via ferrata is suitable for experienced climbers.
