Between 1993 and 1998, the two cultural sites were rescued from ruin and rebuilt by some idealists with tireless attention to detail Pearl barley is processed in the mill as it was 60 years ago, and two millstones are used to grind wheat and rye into different types of flour.
The two cultural sites are located in Pfunds/Greit and can be easily reached via a tarmac road in six or seven kilometres.
Opening hours: June to September every Thursday from 01:00 pm to 05.00 pm and every 1st Sunday in the month from 01.00 pm to 05.00 pm
Tip: Go up comfortably with the Hiking bus!
